Article 1. Eligibility of membership - This auction site is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts with you and the seller/buyer of an auction item. People who are of under age of 18 are not eligible for membership. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services.

Article 2. AuctionBrick.com is only providing auction services - We only provide services to people interested in selling and buying merchandise via internet auction. We do not have control over the items that are posted in the auction site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of any item. We are not responsible for the actions the sellers take, before, during, and after the auction, typographical errors, mis-prints, loss of merchandise/money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this auction site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is'.

Article 3. Bidding and Selling - As a user, you may bid and/or sell merchandise over AuctionBrick.com. As a bidder you accept that placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the seller. The bid cannot be retracted except where the seller has made an error. If you place a bid and win you will be obligated to buy the product at the price you indicated as your bid. Placing a bid on this auction site, winning, and then not paying for the product is illegal in most states, and you can be prosecuted. As a seller, the item that you place up for bid must be real. Pre-sales are accepted. Once a bid has been placed for your item, you are placed in a binding contract with the potential buyer of the product if that bid shall be the highest bid. Once the auction is over and if the winning bid is over any reserve price, you are obligated to sell to the buyer who is the highest bidder. If the reserve price was not met you are not obligated in any way to sell this item. As a seller, you are not in any way to bid on your own items. If reported, your auction will be deleted and you will be banned from AuctionBrick.com.

Article 4. Selling Items - As a user, you are welcome to put items up for sale at AuctionBrick.com. We do have restrictions on what items you may sell, and what you may not sell. AuctionBrick.com is meant only for selling Lego and Lego-related items. In no case may you sell or advertise illegal merchandise, including pirated software and music, firearms, adult material, or anything that is affiliated with pornography, etc. Note that illegally copied copyrighted material such as Lego building instructions cannot be sold on AuctionBrick.com. Items that are up to bid are subject to review by the staff of AuctionBrick.com, and may be removed without prior notice, if in violation with this User Agreement.

Article 5. Seller Guarantees - If you sell on AuctionBrick.com you guarantee that what you sell meets your description of it, in accuracy and quality of condition. If the buyer and seller disagree on the condition of merchandise sold, the buyer has a right to return the item (at buyer's expense) to the seller for a full refund of the final sale price. In such a situation, the seller must promptly refund the entire auction sale price and notify AuctionBrick.com. AuctionBrick.com will refund to the seller any commission fees paid on that auction sale. In no case will the liability of AuctionBrick.com be for any amount greater than the commission fee of that sale. All warrantee claims under Article 5 must be initiated within 30 days of the close of the auction or within 5 days of reciept of merchandise by the buyer, whichever is first.

Article 6. Privacy - We gather your information so that other people will have it on hand when they win your auction, or you win their auction. Personal information is not sold, rented, loaned or traded without your permission. Personal information sent to a user regarding a product bought or sold on the auction is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication regarding the auction item.

Article 7. Warranty - AuctionBrick.com provides this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. AuctionBrick.com is not liable for any damages resulting from or in an auction, or from any visit to the site, except as noted in Article 5 above.

Article 8. Legal Stuff - Any litigation that arises involving AuctionBrick.com must be filed and settled in McLoed County, Minnesota, USA. This user agreement may be changed from time to time by auctionbrick.
